Quite simply, you take THE BOX, put the contents to send in it (to measure the weight) close the lid (our holding mechanism takes care that everything stays safely in place), enter the recipient address in our app, buy a shipment label and send the label directly to THE BOX.

What is the blockchain and why do you use one?
We have decided to use block chain technology for our shipments, as this technology enables us to process contracts (such as purchase transactions and shipping) in an absolutely forgery-proof manner. However, unlike Bitcoin, we require very few computer resources and little energy to process our shipments through our own block chain.

It's the sender who pays the service fees for the use of THE BOX, but it is quite possible that a merchant will pass the fees on to his customer. What happens if my item is lost?
THE BOX makes it possible to monitor the progress of a shipment in every detail. That's why we assume that fewer packages will be lost thanks to our system. But if it happens anyway, we know when and where it occurred (including damage) and who was responsible for the package at the time. This makes it easier for our users and insurance companies to compensate for the damage and identify the person responsible.
What happens if THE BOX is damaged or the battery is low?
If THE BOX unit is damaged, we take it to one of our maintenance centers for repair or overhaul. We are also notified when the batteries are low and can have our partners or end customers recharge them for us [and be compensated for doing so ;)].
