# Who pays THE BOX's services?

It's the sender who pays the service fees for the use of THE BOX, but it is quite possible that a merchant will pass the fees on to his customer.

For example, THE BOX usage fees do not include shipping costs, but it will be possible to pay these costs simultaneously via the THE BOX Mobile application.
