# What rental income performance can I expect?

After 8 years, you will have at least 800€ in your LivingPackets account. This kind of purchase involves a risk, that's why we can't commit ourselves to a maximum performance. The sale of services to professionals is not at a fixed price and the use of your BOX(es) will not be tied to a client: the rental income may therefore vary. We estimate a performance around 1 500€ to 2 500€ as being achievable over 8 years.
